I specialize in all things residential real estate, and thanks to my experience working with both buyers and sellers, I’ve mastered the fine art of negotiation—getting my clients the best deal while keeping things friendly (or at least preventing any table-flipping). When I’m not closing deals, you can find me on stage as an award-winning actress in Pittsburgh’s theater scene. Yes, that means I know how to keep a poker face during negotiations, and yes, I can dramatically deliver the news that you just got an amazing offer. Oh, and I also have a fantastic tween daughter who keeps me on my toes and ensures I stay up to date on all things cool (or at least try).
